Shipping/Local Pick-Up Policy

Shipping charges are based on weight and/or dimensions and distance shipped. All shipping is done through UPS and USPS.  Free economy shipping on all orders over $75.00 and does not apply to  orders with multiple shipping addresses. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder for this email. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us. We are typically able to ship within 24 hours of order placement. However, delays may occur during the holidays. Orders are only shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays due to heat concerns during summer months. You should expect your order within 4-7 days of shipment. All stated delivery times are estimates. We currently only ship to the contiguous United States. No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or internationally at this time.

Local pick-up is available at 10071 Bunting Drive, Baton Rouge, LA 70809 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Orders will typically be available for pick-up within 24 hours. You will receive an email informing you when your order is ready for pick-up. Please do not present for pick-up prior to receiving this email as your order will not be ready. Due to zoning restrictions, all orders must be placed online. No retail storefront onsite.
